This is an initial visit to complete a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and to decide whether we are a good fit. At the end of the evaluation, we will discuss treatment recommendations and options. A treatment plan can include medication prescription, psychotherapy, recommending further testing, referral to other services as indicated. This initial visit also allows us to determine whether our practice is an appropriate fit for your needs and whether we are able to provide ongoing care within our current scope.
During those appointments, we will be meeting regularly for medication management. We will review how the medication is working and whether we need to make any changes.
Brief supportive psychotherapy may be incorporated into medication management visits. Extended psychotherapy services are limited and offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on clinical need and availability.
Our practice is primarily telehealth-based, allowing adolescents and young adults across Texas to access care in a flexible and convenient way.
Video-based appointments reduce barriers related to school, work, and transportation, while allowing us to provide high-quality psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
In-person visits are available on a limited, case-by-case basis when clinically appropriate.
We provide psychiatric care for adolescents and young adults experiencing a range of common, non-emergent mental health conditions, including but not limited to ADHD, Anxiety disorders, Mood Disorders,OCD.

Our practice focuses on serving adolescents and young adults ages 12–25.
Younger children are seen selectively and on a case-by-case basis. This focused age range allows us to provide thoughtful, developmentally appropriate psychiatric care within a small, sustainable practice model.
Our practice is intentionally small and is not designed to provide emergency or crisis psychiatric care.
