Our practice focuses on serving adolescents and young adults ages 12–25.
Younger children are seen selectively and on a case-by-case basis.
We provide outpatient psychiatric care for adolescents and young adults experiencing common, non-emergent mental health concerns, including but not limited to:
We are not equipped to provide emergency or crisis psychiatric services or intensive treatment programs.
During the initial appointment, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and determine whether our practice is an appropriate fit.
At the end of the evaluation, we will discuss treatment recommendations and options, which may include medication management, brief psychotherapy, further testing or medical evaluation, or referral to other services as indicated.
Please note that an initial consultation does not guarantee ongoing treatment.
Dr. Montaser provides evidence-based, individualized psychiatric care, with an emphasis on thoughtful assessment, medication management, and collaborative decision-making within a small practice setting.
