For insurance plans from United/Optum, Aetna, and Cigna, we use a platform named "Alma" for handling insurance and submitting claims. If you have health insurance with any of these companies and book an appointment with us, you'll receive an invite to add your insurance info to Alma. Please make sure your Alma account is all set at least a day before your appointment.
