Please read carefully before submitting your appointment request!


  • If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, in which you need an immediate response, DO NOT use this service. Instead, please call 911 or go to your closest emergency room.


  • Currently, most appointments are being conducted online, with limited availability for in-person.


  • Our practice is focused on serving children, adolescents, and young adults aged 5 to 25 years. We offer limited availability for older adults, which we assess and accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

1. Select the type of appointment you need - be it an initial evaluation or a follow-up, and choose between a virtual or an in-office visit.

2. Pick the time slot that suits you best.
